The Hibbs Lupus Trust

Raising awareness is a way of life.

I established The Hibbs Lupus Trust in October 2011, taking on the roles of setting strategic goals, overseeing its overall management, and providing leadership.

My effective use of social media has significantly elevated the awareness of lupus. In a notable event in 2009, Sarah Brown held a reception at No.10 Downing Street to aid me in promoting lupus awareness. This event, the first of its kind to be organized via Twitter, is detailed in Sarah's autobiography.

By April 2017, the Trust had successfully raised an impressive total of over £125,000.

For my dedicated work with the Trust, I was recognised in the Guardian's Top 30 Social CEOs in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
