parkrun arrived at Cannock Chase in Staffordshire a few weeks back and Mrs View From a Daddy has been getting her run on. I have joined her on a couple of occasions but as I can run during the week with the magic buggy which has the power to send the baby to sleep, I tend to stay at home on Saturday mornings.
